Services for general contractors General Contractors generally prefer to be building, not designing.  Designing is client intensive activiity of planning, design, review and do the cycle again unitl you have something to work with.  Then the details need to be figured out and described (on paper) to the person scheduling the project, ordering materials and actually creating/assembly the peices into a whole. This is where we come in.  Planning, Designing and describing (on paper) the new building (home, barn, workshop, outdoor spaces, etc). we work with the owner/client and the GC (client?) to create a project that the client wants and the GC is comfortable building.
