Septic and Well location evaluation letter B

The HRB is implementing a new septic and well installation evaluation process to add a level of verification that the improvements to a lot will meet State, County, and community regulations, and to not interfere with a neighboring lot that could cause conflicts between neighbors.

Septic Installation Guidelines v0108 B New guidelines for septic installation in effect January 1, 2008.  The septic forms are in the HRB forms (above).
Approved Septic Systems Installers B Crescent Communities maintains a standard for septic systems that is higher than state or county standards in method and equipment.  Only approved installers are permitted to install septic systems in 1780.  Approved installers are listed in the Development Team Candidate List
Surveyors B A scanned copy of the surveyor pages of the Burke County and McDowell County yellow pages.
Exterior Stairs and
Steps Addendum
B This addendum for exterior stairs and steps is effective Aug 21, 2007.  These steps will make exterior steps more aesthetic, safer, and easier to walk on.
