Crescent Resources has developed several communities on Lake James, between Morganton and Marion, North Carolina.  The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) or the Habitat Review Board (HRB) are mandated by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of each community to assure that the development of these communities is kept in tune with the Guidelines and Covenants of each community.  This site is a tool to more easily distribute and communicate the documents, requirements, ideas, and Vision with the Lot Owners and their Designers and Contractors in the communities of SouthPointe, Dry Creek, Black Forest, 1780, and Old Wildlife Club.
